The villa is stylishly furnished to a high standard and is equipped with an impressive array of modern amenities including high-end fitted kitchen with touch panel Bosch appliances, wifi enabled coffee machine, wine fridge, ice maker, large kitchen island with seating and separate laundry room. All bathrooms are wet rooms with walk-in rain showers and twin wash bowls.

The property is elegantly finished in a cool and contemporary grey palette throughout, centred around the vast great room that plays host to a spacious and airy open plan kitchen/dining/living space with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, 8 seater sofa, 65 inch Smart TV and bi-fold doors leading onto the covered terrace.

Outside there is a generous covered patio with 10 seater outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen including gas BBQ grill, drinks fridge, sink and bar with bar stools. There is ample space for lounging in the shade on the 8 seater sofa.
